Chronic kidney disease is defined as lowering of kidney function or presence of factors like protein in the urine or structural abnormalities of the kidney that may impair its ability to perform its role. We will provide patients with extensive information, allow discussion, counselling and guide them to facilitate optimum care arresting progression of the disease, slowing down its course and managing its complications.
Chronic kidney disease is divided into 5 groups depending on the amount of kidney function and it is important that the necessary steps will be undertaken in each respective stage. This may be a whole new dimension for patients and our physicians and staff are always available to address questions and concerns.
